SERVICE METHODS
- To act as agent ad litem and participate in legal action, arbitration
and business negotiation on behalf of clients;
- To act as retaining attorneys and provide general consultation
advice on relative laws and regulations and address quires;
- To review, examine, draft up various legal documents and execute
documents on behalf of clients;
- To act as agent ad litem and represent clients in arbitration
proceedings in London, Hong Kong and Singapore etc.
OUR APPROACH
- With the aim of client-oriented service in mind, the Office
provides their own quality service with professionalism and dedication.
Any complaint or suggestion in respect of the quality of services
will be carefully addressed and dealt with in a timely manner
and satisfactory feedbacks and resolutions will be given.
- The Office shall strictly keep confidential commercial secrets
and/or knowledge acquired during their legal service.
- The Office shall adhere to the principle of impartiality and
neutrality in the case of conflict of interests among the clients.
Unless otherwise agreed by the clients in advance, the Office
will never intervene or involve themselves into the disputes among
the clients, nor to take advantage of the information acquired
from their service to the one party and to serve them in the interest
of the other in dispute.
FEES POLICY
- The Office has adopted a flexible fee charge scheme on the basis
of the claim amount, time spent, complexity of the work and the
ultimate result achieved subject to the autonomy of the clients.
In so doing, we wish that fees to be charged is reasonable and
acceptable so as to bring no unnecessary financial burden on our
clients.
OFFICE HOUR
- The Office hour runs from 0900-1730 through Monday to Friday.
The Office is also obliged to meet with clients during non-office
hour subject to prior arrangement.
