work team of Rolmax consists of 12 partners and nearly 50 experienced attorneys, many of whom possess Master’s and
Doctoral legal degrees from the foremost universities and
institutions worldwide.
The firm is staffed with multilingual,
internationally-experienced attorneys who come from diverse
career backgrounds in China and United States, e.g. private
law firms, governmental bodies, multinational corporations and
academia, bringing with them to Rolmax a rich variety of

Most
of the members of Rolmax are professors on the faculty of law
at the renowned Shanghai Maritime University, thereby offering
the clients of Rolmax the confidence of knowing that Rolmax

developments in maritime law in China. In addition, Rolmax has
on staff four Senior Consultants, each of whom is a famous
legal expert in China, and one experienced expert with his
ocean-going Master’s license, all of whom enhance

The unique constitution and powerful academic
background of Rolmax is further demonstrated by the fact that
a few of our members have been
appointed as expert counsel to the Ministry of
Communication of China, the Supreme Court of China, the
Shanghai High Court and the
Shanghai Shipping Exchange, and have been appointed to sit as
members of various governmental legislative committees for the
development of Chinese maritime law.
